We begin tonight with day four of the israel hamas war which now includes a Hostage Crisis. Well get to more on that later in the show. The Surprise Attack by the gaza based Militant Group hamas shocked israelis and the world after the Group Launched an attack on a concert in Southern Israel near the gaza border and armed men kidnapped or murdered Israeli Citizens in their homes and cars in several border areas. Israeli defense forces, the idf, have since bombarded gaza with aerial bombs, with israeli officials telling residents to leave the blockaded strip of land, which now faces an israeli siege and a potential ground operation. The Israeli Government announced today it has regained control of the towns attacked by hamas, but the devastation is vast, and the destruction on either side of the wall between Southern Israel and gaza is almost unfathomable. The Israeli Military said it struck hundreds of hamas targets overnight in gaza. Tens of thousands of residents fled their homes as relentless air strikes leveled buildings. Fishing boats and other vessels were on fire after israel pounded the port gaza city with air strikes. The Port Of Gaza City with air strikes. You can see here the wide scale destruction in gazas refugee camp, caused by israeli air strikes in the area. In the city of ashkelon, hamas said it launched a major Missile Attack in response to the displacement of civilians. Many of the rockets fired toward ashkelon were intercepted by israels iron dome Missile Defense system which is designed to shoot down incoming projectiles. At the border itself, israeli troops are amassing, getting ready for a potential Ground Incursion into dpauza. Meanwhile, deadly crashes at the border with lebanon are raising fears of a broader regional conflict. The conflict as of now has killed nearly 2,000 people. The death toll in israel has surpassed 1,000, and at least 919 people have been killed in gaza and the west bank. President biden said at least 14 american citizens are among the dead, and confirmed that american citizens are among the hostages held by hamas. Earlier today, he addressed where the u. S. Stands. Moments in this life, i mean this literally, when the Pure Unadulterated evil is unleashed on this world. People of israel live through one such moment this weekend. Hamas offers nothing but terror and bloodshed with no regard to who pays the price. The loss of innocent life is heartbreaking. Like every nation in the world, israel has the right to respond. Around the world, countries are scrambling to find citizens dead or missing in this war, that includes the u. S. In a News Conference in tel aviv, relatives of american citizens missing pleaded with authorities in the u. S. And israel for help. Both my brother and my sister were on the call with her as the terrorists barged in to her home. And we heard a bit of screaming. And that was our last contact with her. It is our hope, which is a bit ridiculous at this stage, to say that optimistic scenario is that shes held hostage in gaza and not dead on the street of the kibbutz where we grew up. At least 100 people are believed to be hostages of hamas, and the group promises to execute them in response to attacks in gaza. Im joined by msnbc chief correspondent ali velshi in ashdod, israel. Ali, it has been quite a 24 hours. Please give us an update on what youre seeing and hearing. Reporter first of all, you cant see it because its dark, but thats gaza. Its 40 kilometers behind me. Every now and then, youll see a flash and hear the thud, the attacks on Gaza Continue tonight. Theyre coming from two places. There are jets that fly over us and then you see the bombing. Right now, we dont have jets. Theyre working on fourhour shifts. The air force bombards for four hours. Theyre off now. Then it becomes the navy. They send Cruise Missiles in from the mediterranean. Right now, its the navys shift to bomb gaza. It is a developing humanitarian crisis. Its closed off. From the israeli perspective, you heard from President Biden today, you heard about the support for israel that america is providing, about 100 kilometers this way, theres an air base. Americans have landed their fist plane there with munitions for israel. Theres two sort of camps in israel. One says pummel hamas and decapitate them for everything they did. The other camp, by the way, you can hear the bombs going off. You can hear the explosions behind me, perhaps. The other camp are the families of those who are being held hostage, and what they want is their Family Members back. Their whole point here is, do whatever you need to do to hamas afterward. Get our families out. The complexity of this is the way to get the families out, two ways to do that, one is a negotiation with hamas, which the israelis find distasteful at the best of times, particularly after this attack on saturday. America doesnt have a relationship with hamas, nor does israel. So you have to use an intermediary for that. Possibly qatar. America doesnt have a relationship with iran either. Option two is moving troops into gaza and trying to find those people. This is fraught with peril because of the density of gaza strip and gaza city. That is the problem in israel right now. These hostages, it is an intractable issue because not only are israelis feeling remarkable deep fear for after what happened the other day. Theres anger, theres anguish, the streets of the cities, last night, we were talking when i was in tel aviv. Theyre empty. The fear is tangible, and Everybody Knows somebody who has been affected by this, joy. So both this side of the border and the gaza side of the border, people are Living In Fear tonight. And lets talk a little more about this Hostage Crisis because i think you put your finger on it, is that the hostages presumably are across, as you pointed to, in gaza. So they are inside gaza where israel, you know, their intelligence obviously failed in terms of not anticipating the attacks. They clearly dont have that many eyes inside of there. On the israeli side, do they have any idea where the hostages might be . The second part, is egypt being engaged . Because of course, we know, we put the map up again on the other side of gaza is egypt. And thats the only other way out, by the way, of gaza is to go into egypt. We know that Border Crossing has been bombed so thats not even open. How would even the israeli troops get in . Is there a plan, are they talking about how they would even try to find the hostages . Which we now know might include some americans as well. Reporter so heres the situation. There are always israeli drones over gaza. Israel can see everything you can see from above gaza. They desee the entire landscape, which begs the question how these hamas attackers came to learn how to paraglide and do things like that. Because they couldnt do it in sight of the israelis. But israel cant see whats in those buildings. It cant see whats underneath those buildings and that may be where the hostages are. Its a small place but its all buildings and densely populated. If you had 100 hostages you could spread them all over the place and use them as human shields. Would that be a Rescue Message . Otherwise rk its door to door combat in a place the gazans know better than the israelis do, and thats going to end in a lot of tragedy on both sides. As to your second question about egypt, theres a crossing in egypt, there are people amassing at that border, the United Nations says were around 200,000 gazans are now displaced from their homes because their homes have bn bombed and they have nowhere to go. I have seen peopleay, why dont they go somewhere else in gaza . Theres nowhere to go. People are cramped into this little place. There are open spaces but that would mean people sleeping in fields or grassy parking lots or things like that. Theyre trying to get into egypt. That border is closed, by treaty. The egyptians dont let the gazans in, and israel has been bombing along that border. Theyre not bombing the egyptian side because that would be an act of war, but theyre bombing on this side. There is nowhere for gazans to go. Netanyahu had said they should clear out because its going to be bombed. Theres nowhere to go. Number two, what is egypts role going to be . Egypt is a neighbor with israel. They may have to figure out what to do. This is going to be a humanitarian crisis regardless of what happens, because gaza is under siege. Theres no fuel going in, no food going in. Theres no water going in. Gaza the reason you cant see gaza behind me is because its dark. Theres no electricity. Theyre going to run out of all electricity tomorrow because they generate it in a power plant fed with diesel fuel. This is bad all around, but the pressure is going to be on egypt to say what are you going do about this, because a humanitarian crisis is on your doorstep right now, and we dont know yet. We can imagine there are conversations going on between israel and egypt and the United States and egypt. Egypt does have normal relations with both of those countries. That is yet to be seen. For the families looking for their hostages, in theory what you described is if youre just carpet bombing gaza, you might be carpet bombing the hostages because you dont see inside the village, you dont know who is in there. Thats number one. Are the families what kind of what is being said to the families about how, what the strategy is to try to find their people . Because to the extent they might still be alive, im sure their families would like them to come home in one piece. Is there a conversation had by the Israeli Government with the families about what the strategy is going to be . If its going to be bombing, that could also impact those hostages. Reporter that is not happening. Largely because at the moment there isnt a strategy. They might be trying to work it out as we speak. Today they have started to inform israeli families of who they think the hostages are. Now, thats an issue and while im talking im going to ask your control room whether or not they have the footage of the interview i did earlier today, but i went to interview a woman who believed her husband was in fact a hostage. And youre this is the womans mother. We got to the apartment and the woman herself who i was supposed to interview was screaming into a phone and saying why are you telling me this by phone, she was saying it by hebrew. The army had called her to tell her her husband is not a hostage, his body was found with a bullet through her head. This is her mother, she came down to tell me my daughter cant talk to you, shes too distressed. She called an ambulance for her daughter because she was too distressed. She thought her husband was a hostage. She had given an interview to Stewart Ramsey at fox news ten minutes before this in which she was bouncing their 1monthold baby on her lap and saying i hope my husband will be released soon, and then she got a call that her husband was dead. It does seem there was some tension, well, not even some, a lot of tension before all this happened between the Israeli Government and a lot of the population given the way that Prime Minister netanyahu has been operating, some of the aggressive moves in palestinian areas, some of the provocative moves. What is the mood of the people youre talking about. Of course, theres the anguish of people who are getting poor communication and finding out their people are deceased. What about the general mood . We saw what the liberal paper blamed netanyahu about what happened. What are you hearing about how people feel the government is operating. Three specific buckets. The first bucket which you would expect when your country came under attack or youre under war. The bucket that says patriotism first, nation first. Everybody, All Hands On Deck in the fight against hamas and what they did, the horrific things that happened on saturday. Thats Bucket Number one. Bucket number two is what herat said, you know, the Israeli Government had taken its finger off of the pulse of what was going on. Netanyahu, who was trying to avoid prosecution for corruption, has distracted everybody with everything else, including his attempt at judicial socalled reforms. It caused israelis to sort of be disunited and his opposition to grow. Theres a third camp, and i heard this a few times from people who say this will be, in fact, Aaron David Miller said it to katie tur earlier. Hes One Of The Best known former negotiators for america on this issue. He said this is going to be the end of netanyahu. Other than the fact the worst Terror Attack in the history of israel happened on his watch, this idea that he is the strongest leader of israel is now over. But the flaws in how he has done this are going to cause israelis to say, like palestinians have said of their leaders, youre not solving our problems for us. Theyre going to cause israelis to perhaps say the same thing. Its not a united front in israel as it relates to benjamin netanyahu. I would love to talk to you more. Stay safe. Always appreciate you, my friend. Thank you very much. And coming up, a mothers nightmare. For the thousands of people gathered for the tribe of nova festival, what started as a Night Of Rivlry and peace ended up in unimaginable horror. The electronic Dance Festival in the desert became one of the first Hamas Targths in the early hours saturday morning. Festival goers left to run and hide in an open field. Attendees described gunmen blocking roads and ambushing cars looking for people to kidnap. At least 260 people were killed there. And an undetermined number were taken hostage. 26yearold oria ricardo was one of those killed at the festival. Her name translates to the light of god in hebrew. Her mother last heard from her in a text saying mom, i love you so much. Joining me is her mom, hanine ricardo. Im so sorry for your loss, and thank you for taking the time to be with us. Yeah. Tell me about your daughter. What was she like . Its pretty hard speaking past tense about her. She was, as her name is, light. She brought light everywhere she came. A very happy girl. Loved to party. Was always the center of everything, every place she came. And she was the power of my life, source of power. Yeah. And she was the youngest of your three girls. The youngest of three. And you didnt know that she had gone to the festival. How did you find out that she had gone to that festival . They woke me, i was in new york. I live in new york. And they woke me in the middle of the night, telling me that oriya is missing. And from that moment on, i was just trying to get every kind of information from my friends in israel and at the same time to find a flight. And i flew to israel on sunday afternoon. Came here on monday. I was still hoping because she was on the missing list. And they found her today. Yesterday, tuesday. I know this is hard. I thank you for doing this. Im not sure i could, so i really appreciate you. You take as much time as you need. I think that i need to speak about her and for her. And for all of those 1200 young people that were massacred by hamas. They have not a bit of humanity in them. These kids went to dance, and these kids, i know for sure, these parties are peace people. They love they all fight for peace, and now theyre gone. And among them, my youngest daughter. And i want to know, i want the world to know that every dollar we give to hamas, every dollar we put there goes for terror. It doesnt go to the poor people who live in gaza. They could have turned this place into paradise if they would invest money. The billions they got from the eu and the u. N. And other organizations, if they put have put the money, invested it into the people of gaza instead of bombs and focusing on how to get rid of as many jews, as many as israeli as possible, it might have been peace. And the only thing i can compare these monsters, these inhuman beings, are to the nazis and the holocaust. The same kind of people. And the world needs to know, and the world needs to fight them. And i know israel bombed gaza, but we never start. We always respond. And i feel for these palestinians, these people. I feel for them, but they are hostages. They are hostages in the hands of the hamas and iran and all of these terrorists. They have no other focus in life rather than kill as many as possible. And when theyre done with the jews, they will come for the americans. They did it already in 9 11. And i call this massacre that happened in the south of israel is even worse than 9 11. This is our 9 11. And my daughter is one of them. This wonderful, this beautiful, cheerful, amazing girl is dead now. And im going to bury her the day after tomorrow. And my heart is broken to pieces. But i will go everywhere to speak about her, for her, and against this terrorism that goes on in gaza strip and everybody blames israel. I saw the letter that the head of the law bar in nyu came out, blaming israel for the massacre in the gaza strip. How dare you . How dare they do that . They put pictures of the Missiles Falling On gaza strip, my heart is with them as well. But what about us . What about our kids . We invested the money that we have in the iron dome. So we can protect, if we would have had the iron dome, how many would have been dead by now . How many . Hannie, i want to thank you. Our condolences to you, and well be right back. Right back. Available at these preferred national pharmacies. In this moment, we must be crystal clear. We stand with israel. We stand with israel. My team has been in near constant communication with our israeli partners. Partners all across the region and the world, from the moment this crisis began. Were surging additional Military Assistance including ammunition and interceptors to replenish the iron dome. Any country, any organization, anyone thinking of taking advantage of the situation, i have one word, dont. President biden today reiterating that the u. S. Will stand by israel, promising to provide ammunition to the nation after facing what he describes as Pure Unadulterated evil. The president and the leaders of four european allies have been vogel about their support for israel, issuing a rare joint statement. Many famous buildings and monuments Around The World were lit up in blue and white. In the region surrounding israel and gaza, leaders have been calling for restraint. Egypt is reportedly pressing israel not to take disproportionate action against palestinian civilians. The president reiterated that egypt remains committed to a twostate solution. In jordan, officials have been speaking frequently with leaders in the region and beyond, calling for deescalation and the protection of civilians. While in saudi arabia, the kingdoms ministry has called for an immediate cessation of violence. Joining me is john brennan, former cia director and msnbc Senior National security analyst, and niera hawk, former white house senior director under president obama and former Senior Adviser to the state department. Im lucky to have such esteemed guests in person with me. Dr. Brennan, i want to start with you. How concerned are you about a wider conflict . If you look at whats happening in terms of what israels pronouncements are, theyre going to bomb and bomb and bomb gaza regardless of the fact there are hostages there, so theyre going to bomb, but the people in the region, the countries in the region are saying hang on, we need some restraint and we need some diplomacy. How concerned are you this ends up widening . Im very concerned. I think this is hamass objective. They knew israel would respond forcefully, with a Bombing Campaign and a Ground Incursion, which i believe is going to happen. Also, we have to take a look at what irans role was in it, and if its uncovered iran played a role and decided to go forward with these atrocious attacks, i think israel is going to have to respond accordingly. I think this is a very worrisome time, and the region is really on the brink of a very broad conflict that i think is going to change the course of middle east history. Given that israel does not have formal relations with all of the countries in the region, is there an interlocutor that could make a difference . Egypt and turkey, watching what they have to say, given they have a relationship with palestinians as well as with israel, but its not as if the other arab countries are propalestinian. They have done nothing for the palestinians. Theyre antiisrael in many ways but they have not used diplomacy in the last decade or so to either help the Palestinian Authority with corruption, either to pressure hamas, largely went along with the Trump Administration tinkering with what is known as the status quo. It was something was going to have to change, but nobody in the region was really taking palestinians into account with their own geopolitical maneuvers. You wrote a piece, and its a very subtle title. Israeli and palestinian leaders failed miserably, their people pay the price. Your argument is this is a failure of leadership both among israelis and among hamas. There hasnt been an election in gaza in 16 years. And the west bank has its own government. What might have been done differently . Because youre right, the occams razor answer is israel and palestine have to separate into the two countries the u. N. Promised. It should be followed, thats the obvious answer. Why is it so difficult for people to take the obvious answer . Because its the reality were seeing in front of us. Its not a contiguous state. These are not two equal states. Its hard to even argue that two states is even possible. Theres conversations, even back in the obama administration, of discussion of a one state in which all people were existing with equal rights. Hard to imagine that. How do you do a democracy and still have it protect the jewish people . And address jewish concerns as another oppressed global community, and so thats the reality, is what were seeing right now, that people with histories of oppression are now using the power that they have to protect themselves. And the other powerful elites in the area are not using their power to help the situation. The leaders in particular, its interesting you mentioned 16 years. Yes, netanyahu has managed to be in power for 16 years, an indicted president who was not able to prevent a National Security catastrophe. My producers and i were talking about the fact, it doesnt surprise me that gazans chose bad guys because they were getting nothing from fatah and the other leaders in the west bank who offered negotiation, got nothing, and they chose bad guys, and theyre hostages, as this mom said in the previous segment. In a sense, theyre hostages of hamas as well. Lets talk about this Intelligence Failure. Im glad youre here. The Intelligence Failure did remind me of the pre9 11 Intelligence Failure in the United States. The ap is reporting, we have not verified it so ill put that caveat on the table, that egypt has spoken repeatedly about Something Big potentially happening. A lot of communication, and at least there is some reporting from the a. P. There was a warning. What do you make of the massive sort of inability to see this coming . I think its quite shocking. The Israeli Intelligence services are among the best in the world. I have worked with them many, many times over the years and theyre very good on the human source network. But also, i dont think its just an Intelligence Failure. I think it was a policy failure. Netanyahu has banked on hamas being sort of quiet and being able to provide them a limited amount of support and allowing them the gazans to go into israel. I think there was a tremendous Deception Campaign by hamas without a doubt. They were able to undertake this planning over many months and without triggering any of the israeli Early Detection radars. Secondly, i think it was just that they were able to understand exactly israeli sources, and so they were maybe they were feeding Bad Information into israel. Who knows, but clearly, theres going to be a real postmortem here and it reflects years of just not understanding how dire the situation in gaza has been. Its an open air prison. Close to 2. 5 Million People there living under a blockade, so this was just brewing, and unfortunately, the more militant Terrorist Elements of hamas start to gain ascendance in the organization and there was support from other places. Theyre now the dominant part of hamas. Hamas is the governing authority there. They run social welfare programs, education, health, but clearly, the brigrades which are the militant part of hamas, were able to carry this out with thousands of these very fanatical members of hamas. And thats why i completely understand why israel feels they have to go therein and crush its residual terrorist capabilities after these atrocious and horrific attacks that need to be condemned by everybody, in. And to what end . If you go in and start bombing the hell out of gaza, does that create more equanimity between palestinians and gazans who are already facing complete despair, poverty, and want. What do you create by Flattening Gaza . I dont know what is the military aim. To what end . There is nothing good thats going to come out of this even though we all know this is what the next step is going to be and there needs to be a response. The idea of telling people that you should leave gaza in advance of an attack, is egypt going to open a corridor or help them get out . What is the what was that idea of other people being able to help in any humanitarian way . It is a conundrum. Thank you for being here to try to help us unravel it. Thank you both. House of rechtatives is still without a leader and effectively useless as a really awkward time in the world. Republicans gathered ostensibly to figure out what to do next with zero sense of urgency. As they fight amongst themselves nothing can be done to support israel or ukraine, no matter what the politicians say for the cameras. If we dont have a speaker, we cant put anything on the floor, and were paralyzed. This is what Republican Leadership has brought the american people. Paralysis, and its everywhere. They have 300 stalled military nominations, stalled ambassador Oriole Nominations and unfilled critical posts at the state department. Why . Because they have a completely incoherent policy. They do not want to help ukraine, and republicans say they do want to help israel with their iron dome, which President Biden has already done. And whatever it is they do decide that they support, they need a functioning House Of Representatives to do it. President biden is quietly evaluating the political viability of linking aid to ukraine with aid to israel while acknowledging ultimately, that decision we up to congress. On cue, Chaos Caucus LeaderMarjorie Taylor greene told nbc, quote, no. Theyre two separate matters. Not even the same at al our governments funding ukraines government, israel has their own government. Israel funds themselves. No, ukraine has their own government too, and what theyre funding is their Military Defense of themselves. Meanwhile in the senate, republican senator josh hawley, who cheered on the January 6th Insurrectionists tweeted, israel is facing existential threat, any funding for ukraine should be redirected to israel immediately. Joining me is nbc political analyst rick stengel and david jolly, former republican congressman who is no longer affiliated with that party and i wonder why. Rick, i want to start with you since you did work at state. Can you decipher Marjorie Taylor greenes difference between funding ukraine which i guess doesnt have its own government and is not defending themselves, and israel . You know, it kind of made my brain hurt when i saw the quote. In fact, its funny because theres so many similarities actually, there are two countries that were victims of unprovoked aggression. Two countries that we had long friendships with. We were the first nation to recognize the state of israel when it became independent in 1948. Both of them are dealing with issues that affect the future of the United States, that have existential consequences. So we have got to be able to walk and chew gum at the same time. Our military studies fighting a twofront war. We have to be able to fund two fronts. Ukraine and israel. That just seems very clear to me. David jolly, the other issue is that the amount of money were sending to ukraine is 100 million here, 100 billion there. 100 million there, 100 million there. Its smaller chunks of money. We have already been funding israel as 300 billion a year anyway. Theyre not like in that sense, but what do you make of the fact that people like Marjorie Greene and josh hawley are trying to pincer their way through, saying foreign funding yes, foreign funding no . First, i think it affirms that republicans are not fit to be a Governing Party. Theyre more fit to be an opposition party. In a time of great global insecurity were learning that, with the house without a speaker, a nation without ambassadors, and military deployments with leaders unfulfilled. As a baseline, we know and theres agreement in the u. S. That israel is a victim of terror, not just the israelis but the loss of life in america. So the position of the u. S. And joe biden is a right one. Call this evil and say we will stand with israel. That being said, my experience in congress has told me that many republicans today are allies of israel, out of simply a political pledge, not out of actual knowledge. They couldnt distinguish between gaza and the west bank. They couldnt tell you about the complexities of the middle east. They just know in republican politics you prove your worth not by knowledge about the middle east but about intensity of your pledge to be an ally of israel, and its the right position even if its for perhaps ignorant of the wrong reasons. To ricks point, the similarities between the u. S. Aligning with the people of israel and protecting ukraine from the encroachment and the evil of Vladimir Putin are right in front of republicans faces, but theyre simply too ignorant to see it. Theyre motivated by owning the libs and therefore, no aid to ukraine, but yes, aid to israel. Let me ask you this, rick, because especially a lot of younger folks who take a look at this conflict and, you know, they dont theyre not necessarily in when they look st what is happening in gaza, and what is happening in the west bank, the other question that i think a lot of people say is, should the u. S. Be using its moral authority to solve the problem . Because the problem is despair. And complete want in places like garza, that the world really looks away from it doesnt really care about, and actually doesnt Pay Attention to until some people that live in gaza, meaning hamas, the militant wing of hamas, which is also the Governing Party there, does something awful, like this. And then we look, kind of. But we dont really look look. At some point doesnt u. S. Need to use its moral authority to say to israel, as their friend, the Palestinian People actually need to have a Life Worth Living so they wont choose hamas. How come no one ever says that . I dont even hear democrats saying that. Yes, thats fair. The conditions in gaza have been likened to a prison, and when people are brutalized they often react with brutality. We have seen that. One of the thing that the netanyahu government has done is, theyve tried to separate the palestinian leadership in gaza from the west bank and has now backfired on them. The Normalization Negotiations that youve talked about already tonight are a good thing, but what netanyahu tried to do is sweep the palestinian issue under the carpet, thinking he could make alliances with these states. I do think the Behind The Scenes the secretary of state, president of United States, is cautioning netanyahu. They are asking for some form of restraint. When you brutalize a people, you come up with generations in the future who react to the same way. So i do think we are talking about that to the israelis. And i hope they will listen. And were gonna try to report more this week about the attempt to open a u. N. Humanitarian corridor, because the people, theres nowhere to go, they cant use the sea. I want to talk about the russia angle a little bit, david. I havent heard a lot from lindsey graham. Hes been real quiet. But he has popped up to say that maybe what should be done on the ukraine side, if theres a way to sandwich in aid and get it past republicans, if they can get a speaker in place, which we dont know if they can manage to do that, and give them more money, and essentially fund ukraine at a yearly level, at a bigger level so doesnt have to become a bigger level, to push it past the next election. Does that sound like a viable plan to you . Could that get past this particular version of the house . On the first question, yes, its a good plan. We should robustly provide assistance to ukraine just as we robustly provide assistance to israel. We should do it now. And so the strategy into play, do couple those together . And risk blowing them both up . Or do you decouple them and end up with one but not the other . This is what, unfortunately, the malfeasance of Todays Republican Party is going to rear its head. Im not sure the votes will ever be there for ukraine aid. So if you tie it israel with ukraine, what happens in a dysfunctional house led by republicans . I think all of the voices right now need to be moving their voices towards assistance towards israel in ukraine but also to peace in the middle east. The war is against hamas. Hamas has to be beaten, and to your question, earlier, and i think thats exactly right, we cant forget the Palestinian People who themselves are victims of hamas as well. If im asked can be removed, you can move towards a peaceful solution, and i think when you hear the u. S. And other western nations say, we need to achieve peace, that is true, but it cannot be done with a bad faith broker like hamas, just like it cannot be done with a leader like Vladimir Putin in russia, and that is the Completion Complexity that House Republicans do not understand. Theyre gonna play politics with this and risk innocent lives in israel, in palestine, as well as, and the Palestinians Spaces as well as in ukraine. David jolly, you have used a bad word, complexity. You know people dont like complexity and politics, especially in your former party. Rick single, david jolly, thank you very much. Be right back. Be right back.
