Charles, let me start with you and incivility geisha, parties wise for Summary Judgment, motion to dismiss Summary Judgment. How often does plaintive get a summary or a judge being like i have seen enough . It is extraordinarily rare that this occurs. Summary judgment has a decision we were just talking about is one of the things that routinely is filed but is not always granted. When you find it being granted, it is almost the equivalent of hitting a home run on the first pitch. It is that significant eludes on Summary Judgment and so i think there is something to be noted there. Of course, what is also important and noteworthy is a fact that there were sanctions for trumps attorneys attached to this order. That in and of itself is incredibly significant because judges are very much so low to give out sanctions and they make a very compelling case as to why sanctions were issued here. We are the party that fights for workers, we are very much a blue party to. Second, he is eager to get the support of this for important cough of the United Auto Workers and i think he went the extra mile to do that today. Third, he wasnt a very important electoral state in michigan and he really needs michigan if he is going to win the 2024. I think that one biden said that you know companies are doing incredibly well, you should be doing incredibly well to, thats a statement just a Union Members but to every american worker. We are seeing all of these efforts to unionized, trader joes and starbucks and amazon and the apple stores. There is a lot going on and i think biden sees that, i think he wants to push it forward and he knows it doesnt help the democrats at all if you hop unions become shot grown up those wages for everybody.
