Kevin mccarthys attempts to fund the government just got a whole lot more complicated. Then, hollywood writers reach a tentative deal with studios, well break down whats in the agreement, and what happens next, as the 11th hour gets underway this monday night. Good evening once again, im stephanie ruhle, were following developments in the multiple criminal cases against donald the champ. A judge has granted Fulton County d. A. Fani williss request to keep jurors identity secrets in any upcoming trial, Involving Trump and his 18 codefendants. This decision comes as we see new reporting from the New York Times about the rise in threats and intimidation as trumps criminal cases are moving forward. Earlier this evening, january six hearing witness, Cassidy Hutchinson, spoke to our own rachel maddow, about what attacks, about the attacks that come from donald trump himself. This year has helped me opened my eyes to the dangers of trump actually poses on people in these situations. I am not the only one. He wants to know hes getting a reaction, he thrives when he has an audience. It could be a negative audience, it could be an audience he likes, it could be his base. What he needs to hear people reacting to him. Thats when he knows in his mind that hes been successful to something. We all want the republic to survive, we all should want the republic to survive. But, in the way the mr. Trump trajectory is going, im not confident that he will have it survive. Meanwhile, were also following the latest in the Corruption Case involving new jersey senator jarman and this. His wife and three other individuals, new jerseys governor and several democrats in congress have already called on the senator to resign from his post. This evening, former House Speaker nancy pelosi spoke to my colleague jen psaki about this very subject. Charges are formidable, and if in fact were going to say that youre indicted, you should resign, we have a situation in the house as you know from the state of new york that that would hold two. But, right now, sadly because of the challenges that we face, because of skepticism that exists in our country about governance and about the Republican Party doesnt believe in governance, doesnt believe in science, wants to take down everything in order to give tax breaks to the wealthiest. We have to stay focused on that and for that reason itll probably be a good idea. This morning, the senator spoke out publicly for the First Time Since the charges were filed, and my colleague Jonathan Dean has more. Senator a defiant senator walked in to face a crush of cameras, as an accused criminal. When all the facts are presented, not only will i be exonerated, but i will be new jersey senior senator. Slamming prosecutors case. The allegations leveled against me are just that. Allegations. Allegations of an illegal bribery scheme, according to the indictment, new jersey democrat and his wife took gold bars, a mercedes, and piles of cash to help three new jersey businessman and the egyptian government. Menendez explaining how a half Million Dollars in cash bounced up in his Jacket Pocket and elsewhere around this home this way. For 30 years, i have withdrawn thousands of dollars in cash for my personal savings account. I have kept these for emergencies, and because of the history of my family Facing Confiscation in cuba. John fetterman posting in response, we have an extra flashlight for our home urgencies. Mendez made no mention of the gold bars or the mercedes. The indictment says the couple also accepted bribes, and as for allegations, he passed Sensitive Information to the egyptian government. I am clear and consistent Holding Egypt accountable. So far, President Biden has not commented on that case. Senator menendez and his codefendants are set to appear in court in new jersey on wednesday. With that, and we have a lot to get to, lets get smart with the panel this evening. Luke joins us, for New York Times, former federal prosecutor renata and susan, staff writer for the new yorker, coauthor of your husband who i think youre familiar with, peter baker, they wrote the divider. Susan, and we should also introduce susan as theos mom. All of our favorite guest on the 11th hour. Susan help, us out. What do you think of the comments today from Cassidy Hutchinson about the dangers donald trump poses, extraordinary to speak from her heart so bravely with rachel . You know, its striking how many people in the end have fallen out with donald trump who worked for him. The testimony was always coming from inside the room. This is a particularly dramatic example of that, because she was there at key moments as trumps efforts to overturn the 2020 election unfolded. But, i am struck by what a longstanding pattern this is. You can just listed a. Half the people running in the republican primaries worked for or with trump and broken with him, chris christie, the number of people who have provided damning accounts of trump have worked so closely with him. So, itll be interesting to see what reception her charges get. There is some really juicy tidbits in that book, by the way. Theyre sure are. Susan, i want to talk about something more grave, something that almost tracks with mob like behaviors, and they want to talk about this New York Times reporting, because one, professor proquoted when he talks about these threats their link to trumps indictments coming from trumps world, causing the most important drivers of Political Violence we have in america. We keep hearing about these warnings, but are people listening, are they taking it seriously that people tied to these indictments are getting serious threats . I think its an important question, because it strikes me that donald trump is a sort of desensitized all of us to his incredibly inflammatory rhetoric. Just the other day, he wrote that the chairman that joint Chief Of Staff should face death in capital letters, dea t h, death, because he committed treason according to trump of basically disagreeing with donald trump. This is incredible stuff. Yet, its not a front page headline when trump says hes incredible things when he incited his followers to arc in a violent way. It strikes me that its one of those things were after some tragic incident, were going to look back and say, well of course it shouldnt have been a surprise. Of course, mark milley did not commit treason in any way, shape, or form. Renato, lets talk about this order in georgia. For their safety, the jurors names and identities are going to be kept secret. What do we need to know . First of all, i think its an important point. It not only protects the identifying information, it even says, for example, the judge orders that no sketch can be done. Those Courtroom Sketches can have Identity Features of the jurors. In some jurisdictions, here are the judges making sure hes answering that order, because of course we have circumstance where at least one special grand jury became quite a Media Celebrity for a period of time. I think the concern here is regarding the safety of the jurors. You can have a situation where in the middle of a trial, for example, jurors are receiving third scared that if they render a verdict thats true and accurate of judges instructions, that they can face potential downside for themselves or their family. So, obviously the integrity and proceeding. So, its a serious matter. There are rots on jurors that does happen, judges, in fact in my own hometown we had a federal judge whose family was attacked. These are serious matters, and i think its understandable that the judge is doing what he can to protect the integrity. I need you to explain this one as well, because its complicated and important. This one is down in florida with judge cannon. She could end up making a decision about the Defense Lawyers for trumps codefendants in the maralago documents case. Can you explain what is happening there, and what it would mean to donald trump and the timing of these cases . Sure. So, this is for example the walt nada has a lawyer who have trump, that same lawyer actually used to represent some of the witnesses against trump like the i. T. Guy, for example, who was asked to delete video surveillance. That witness will be important for the governments. Essentially, what the government is saying here, with jack smith is saying, his and his team. He saying that this lawyer is going to cross examine his former client if he has to continue to represent waft nada. As you can imagine, the prosecution does not want a situation where they have to try this twice. They get a conviction against nauta, and then he claims that his lawyer was because he was too afraid of cross examining former client. This is one where the judge would be well advised to not have representing walt nauta. Nonetheless, i wouldnt be surprised if judge cannon just admonishes him about the potential, thats ultimately, there could be a potential to by his lawyer, hes not getting accurate presentation, of course he has a lawyer thats not going to make sure hes aware of the potential maybe he was interested in cooperating against trump either. Ultimately, at the end of the day, i dont expect judge cannon to do anything thats going to open up the door for a new lawyer here for donald trump. Lets say she says, no, were have to clean the slate, these guys need new lawyers. Wont that push back the dates . Wont that delay this trial even more, which is what donald trump actually wants more than anything, ronaldo. Thats possible, but i think having a lawyer whos truly independent will be an issue as well. Obviously, just because a different lawyer selected doesnt mean it could be a lower paid for by donald trump but, nonetheless, i think that at this point in time, trump world doesnt have a lot of spiritual criminal Defense Lawyers who are available and ready to go down to florida. Remember, whatnot took a while to figure out who would be represented by inperson. A lot of lawyers out there want to be sure they are paid up front and in full. Rudys lawyer is demanding his money. Luke, lets go back to these threats, because lawmakers are also seeing an increase in threats on them. What is the climate like on the hill as these cases against trump are ramping up . The threats dont just affect the judicial system. Obviously, if you look starting in georgia, you have the names and identities and social media profiles and pictures being posted on these rightwing websites. So, the judge did not want that of course to happen again with the actual jury. Its not limited there. Look at the courthouse in d. C. Where the judge is not accompanied by the marshals, or some of the federal prosecutors are now under Marshals Protection who are sick of being on the wrong side of donald trump. But, on the hill as well, for the last two years are very much higher than they were, over the past five or six years, threats have gone up ten full, thats on an exaggeration, weve crunch that number. Obviously, the biggest thing was when donald trump had a mob that stormed the capitol in january 6th. So, we have seen the direct outcome of what is rhetoric can cause, and what it evokes in people, the anger against lawmakers. So, theyre very much aware of it. The capitals often on edge, and the eye must hear there has not improved. Susan, Donald Trumps jam has always seemed to seek revenge, but you mentioned a moment ago that he threatened, inwards, mark milley with death over the weekend. If donald trump were to be elected again, what would his administration look like . I can imagine there be mark milleys or jim addisons, it would have to be a group of people who put their Loyalty Pledge to donald trump over anything else. I think thats an important point, its very likely that trumps second term would not be a repeat of the first, but would be an effort by trump to do and get through many of the things he try and could not do because he was constrained in some way in the first term. For those, we thought there was plenty of chaos in turmoil, and unsettling things in the first term. I guess i would say, well, theres a lot more that trump wanted to do that he was not able to. I think, in particular, you look at some of the efforts by those surrounding trump to focus on how to more systematically go after what they called the deep state, and to, for example, remove Civil Service employees in the federal government to turn those into politicized positions, thats one example that you know the groundwork is being done for that. I think some of the Loyalty Tests that were undertaken by Trumps White House in the final few months in office. Including Firing Defense Secretary immediately after trump lost the election, installing an acting defense secretary, ordering him to make abrupt changes in the u. S. Military process overseas. Its that kind of disruption that would be very likely to follow a second trump term. You have got to wonder how modern republicans feel about that. Knowing what could be coming ahead. Look, give us the reaction on the hill to the latest in the bob menendez indictment. We carried it just a moment ago. Nancy pelosis comments. Those were the most recents we heard from lawmakers. Yes, well, Nancy Pelosis an extremely influential voice. I expected to want to continue seeing more and more democrats call for bob menendez to resign. Its really a worstcase to mario for senate democrats. Theyre already having a really tough time trying to hold the senate as it is. And having a sitting senator with an indictment like this hanging over his head, in an Election Year is exactly what the republicans want. It would be much better off for them to let it go if he were to step down. The governor to appoint someone. Then that person couldve the powers of incumbency going into the election. So if menendez insist on staying in office, which it sounds like he will. It sounds like he is dug in here. Then the primary i think will try to take him out with the primary. All right, look broadwater, susan glasser. Thank you all for starting us off tonight. When we come back to the former president is breaking with Kevin Mccarthy and pushing republicans to actually shut down the government. Saying, americans will blame biden. Were gonna talk to matthew dowd, and jason johnson. About the fast approaching deadline. And what it could mean for everyone. And, later, their shutdown may be coming to an end. Do you believe you can pass the c r and send it out to the senate . I believe in everything. I never give up. A believer in everything . Wow in less than one week until the governor runs out of money, its serious crunch time for speaker Kevin Mccarthy and house republicans. But donald trump . Hes actually working against them calling for his own party to push that down unless they, quote, get everything. I want to bring in msnbc political analyst, matthew dowd. An msnbc political contributor jason johnson. All, right matthew, what do you think of donald trump not just getting involved. And when he says, you better get everything, do you think he actually knows what everything even means . Because i heard him talk about election interference, which actually has nothing to do with this. Well i think he knows what everything means in regards for himself. So, if everything means something for himself, he knows what that is. Everything as regards to the country, i dont think he has any idea what the country is good for the country. Because if he did he wouldnt be advocating for a shutdown in the midst of this. This to me is such a perfect example of the difference, obviously, but in the Republican Party today in the Democratic Party today. You may disagree with the democrats, but at least theyre trying to practice some rational form of governance and involve confidence involving in leadership. Republicans have no desire. Its all performance art. Its all some satisfying, some grievance, especially if its a grievance launched by donald trump. So thats where we are today. Donald trump is not running a president ial Campaign Based upon his ability to govern the country in the best possible way, or being competent. It is i will satisfy whatever grievance to have enough shutting the government down so this fisa grievance, shut it down. Jason, donald trump claims that whoever is the president gets the blame for a shutdown. That is absurd. The fact is that its republicans who are blocking it. But heres the question, when it comes to the american people, is he right . No. No. People arent dumb at this point. They tend to blame the party thats always calling for shutdowns. And for most of our lives its been republicans who have been calling for shut down. For them, its like theyre getting initiation, its like lets shut down the government, thats what we show how tough we. Are republicans do this all the time. And they dont face many consequences for it because many of them are enslaved gerrymandered districts where people except whatever kind of behavior so the consequences, in theory, or that people get upset about the lack of Government Services and ask the democrats to do something about it but thats completely different than being a democrat because they know theyre not responsible. So lets be clear, the only reason trumps doing this, at least one of the theory thats been proposed, that somehow in this head, he thinks that if theres a government shutdown, these investigations into most of. It doesnt work that way. Investigations continue. Even if theres a government shutdown. So most of this is typical nonsense from trump was still doesnt have a basic understanding about how the government works. The investigations arent going to stop. But a lot of other important things are, right . Youre going to have new mothers that live below the poverty line, that are not going to get access to Food Assistance that they need for their babies. Matthew, do you think people realize what is at stake . Its serious. This isnt something to get cute and political about. I mean theres some evidence that it takes a little while for people to gather the information of what just happened and how it affects them. And so in the immediate aftermath, in the immediate discussion as what happened today preempting it, people arent focused on it. Theyre worried about serving dinner, taking the kids to school, what are they going to just the kids up us for halloween in a month. Thats what theyre worried about. Until the point at times the actual loss of services begins to happen, that is what happened and its a perfect example during the clinton years on how he got reelected instruct a strong way was here was an example, the republicans shut the government down. It took a little while. Americans realized what was going on, they blamed the party that did it as jason said. They figured it out. They blame the people that actually shut it down and actually reward the people that believe in competence which they did with bill clinton who was the president at the time. And so the American Public isnt focused on it like we, are in this moment. But at the point in time at which it starts hurting them then they get real focused on it. When you tell them the truth. They will listen. Lets talk about a new topic earlier today new jersey senator bob menendez said he will not resign despite this Felony Indictment on corruption charges. The governor of his state said he should, nancy pelosi wants him to, as well as another number of democratic lawmakers. What do you think is going to happen here . I think hes going to stay in, and stephanie as unpleasant as this may be my general philosophy has been that if you have an elected official who is in trouble, it is literally the job of the voters to decide if they want to be represented by somebody whos a crook. The voters get to decide. We may think its terrible, i may think, oh my gosh, why would you want somebody whos engaged in this behavior but i could say the same thing about matt gaetz, i could see the same thing about tons of people. The voters are gonna make the decision. Bomb ended this had decided for himself. I think i could still make the case that i represent the people of new jersey. And unless until they kick me out i am not leaving. So, unfortunately, this is the circumstance that i dont think the government will be able to force the scaled. Matthew, theres only a handful of Democratic Senators that have actually called on him to resign. But there are some, right, John Fettermans team said theyre going to return the Campaign Contributions that they got from him. How would you handle this . How would you advise loss lawmakers to . I, mean i kind of agree with jason on this. It is not our job, it is not our job of outside people who dont represent the state to tell them who should not be their representative based on what they want or not. I think the Justice System should prevail, he should be held accountable. I think the huge difference that we see today is people believe Senator Menendez should be held accountable. Hunter biden should be held accountable. Donald trump should be held accountable. And any number of republican congressman who took part in the insurrection should be held accountable. The differences, democrats are saying that and are pursuing that. The question is, should they say, one should resign and whatnot. But they actually believe on accountability. Republicans only believe in accountability if it Senator Menendez. Or if its some other democratic senator or democratic rep. But one its part of their tribe, theyre like, no. Everything is fine. Dont look over here. And whats all good here. So i think thats the fundamental difference. But i trust, the league jason does, the voters or the Justice System to determine whats the end result of this process. And if that result is Senator Menendez is either convicted or thrown out of office then god bless the voters. The voters or the Justice System . Theyre going to do their thing. Jason johnson, matthew dowd, thank you both for making us smarter tonight. When we come back, a look at the tentative deal riders have reached with studios to and the nearly five m all strike. The top reporter who has been all over this story here to break down what you need to know. As well as a former labor secretary. Weve got more, when the 11th hour continues. Dare to dish differently. 146 along days of striking has finally delivered a tentative deal between hollywood writers and studios. The big question now, what comes next . My colleague mcgill brings us that story tonight. [applause] in its last chapter, tonight, The Reddish Dike is getting its [inaudible] after nearly five months on the big line, a tentative deal between the Writers Guild, and the writers that represents major studios make a big step towards resuming stalled productions. But the deal is still private as the wga tells members, though we are eager to share the details of what has been achieved with you, we cannot do that until the last is dotted. Its expected that will happen very quickly. But i am hearing from people who have seen what the dealers, and people who have heard what the deal is they are very happy. Finally, flipping the script on a nearly 150 day walkout. Its believed riders will earn higher residuals from streaming shows and Getting Better protection from scripts written using a. I. That could threaten future jobs. This is not about people in you know, drinking tropical drinks. Driving jack wires. Were talking about the middle class of our union. And were trying to keep our head above water. After shutting down studios across tinseltown, writers at late night and daytime talk shows could return to working in just a matter of days. But new episodes of your favorite scripted shows may not be back on the air until january. The wga not encouraging its members to join actors in its Union Sag Actra who remains on the picket line. Fighting for some of the very same benefits. I feel like the moment to this. Theyre the vibe, the studio, and streamers are locked in to make a deal. And everybody wants to find a way that they could get people back to work, get paycheck showing up in Bank Accounts tonight, the actors are left waiting for their queue. Rioters are set to ink their deal. [applause] i like the sound of that celebration. For more, lets bring in ben white, chief wall street correspondent at the messenger. And cnbc contributor. And steph harris, former acting u. S. Secretary of labor under president obama. He is not a Senior Fellow at the bryn center for social justice. Ben, and an email to union members, the wga called this contract exceptional. Break it down for us. Whats in it . Well, it sounds good. I dont know exactly what didnt. But they definitely got some significant gains on wages. Theyve got some significant gains on Artificial Intelligence and not being replaced by Artificial Intelligence. It sounds like the solidarity in this union paid off. I mean it could probably pay off the actors to. Well see in the coming days whether they can emeralds similar deal to what the rioters just got. But it just shows you, stephanie, that the power of unions is really significantly higher than its been at anytime in our recent history. And this sounds like a good deal, and it sounds like the actors are going to get something. Probably similar and will all get to see our tv shows in the fall. And movies this winter next year. Hopefully, said, there has been a lot of Labor Activity in the u. S. This year. And especially in hollywood. Ben was just talking about the rioters, the actors, whats your take on this deal . From what we know about it. I think its another string of successes for union at the collective bargaining table. For workers who are difficult to replace, and the writers are certainly that but also the teamsters at u. P. S. And now were seeing the autoworkers, they have shown a lot of power at the bargaining table. And this deal, if the reports are accurate really gets the rioters most everything that they wanted. They wanted job security protection, they wanted wage increases, they wanted revenue out of the streaming services residual. They wanted to be protected from this Technological Development of a high. It looks like theyre going to get all of the. Almost everything but they wanted in the table. And that is consistent with the pattern weve seen going all the way back to 2021. Unions that have workers that are difficult to replace have a lot of Bargaining Power this economy. But this thing is not inked yet. Its a tentative deal. What could keep it from crossing the finish line set . Well if the rioters all of a sudden decided that this was an exceptional deal you could see that there are two Leadership Councils of this Writers Guild of america have been proven. And well see that vote probably tomorrow, those two votes tomorrow and then the membership going to ramifications. If the members decide that this is just not enough they could say no. But i would be very surprised if this contract doesnt get rectified, and doesnt get rectified with a very, very large margin. Well lets talk about this uaw strike. Because they are not closed said, it is now expanding, this strike to 38 locations in 20 different states this week. And how that could it get. I think weve got a good long way to go, particularly with General Motors and it seems to have been some meaningful progress made between the u a w and ford. Ford has made meaningful concessions on a number of the largest economic issue that the uaw has put on the table. Gm and stellantis, ill while behind fortin disagreement. So, making and the negotiations with fort. But i dont see a resolution of this contract with all the companies happening anytime soon. I think we still got at least a week, maybe a couple of weeks. Maybe even more than that before we get to a final deal. It puts tremendous pressure. Thats the way the uaw used to manage this bargaining. They would target companies. They did the sort of backed into it this time. They used to bargain with one and then forced the others to sort of except the pattern set by the First Company i think one in four all three. They struggled three. They bargained for all the. Lets put defending up with one company, forward, that seems to be willing to make a deal. Closer to the uaws term. And if it works out that way that will put immense pressure on gm and stellantis. Because the argument, we cant afford, it is not gonna be available. Because dm can afford, it if dame can afford it, gm and still at this confided. When the old playbook works, you realize, you better bring it back the rotation. Says, thank you so much, ben white, thank you so much were gonna leave it there. But for you at home do not leave. Did not move a muscle, you need to hear this next story. Two months ago, former Columbia University ob gyn, robert was sentenced to 20 years in prison for sexually abusing dozens and dozens of patients. And now theres new reporting about what happened at columbia during that time. We want to let you know upfront, this is a disturbing story in a difficult one to discuss. But we believe its important for you to know about. If the story comes to us from propublica. And it is headlined, how columbia ignored women, undermined prosecutors and protected a predator for more than 20 years. In an official statement, columbia leaders offered their deepest apologies to all of the victims and their loved ones and said this. Quote, since hadnt last saw patients more than a decade ago, columbia has work to enhance the policies the processes in place to afford our patients a safe environment of care and we remain committed to strengthening the safeguards that are essential for earning trust. Joining me tonight is one of the extraordinary journalists on this story, bianca a reporting fellow with propublica. For people who have not yet read the story and thank you for this reporting, can you explain what you learned . Sure, so Robert Hadden wasnt ob gyn at Columbia University. And he practiced for about 25 years and we now know today that over the course of his career, he was actually sexually abusing his patients. And at this 0. 245 survivors have come forward. But we actually expect that there will likely be many more. And weve also learned that throughout this, colombia helped enable the abuse. But why . Why this guy . I want to be careful how i see this because im, by no means, defending the catholic church. But when i look at the coverups, the abuse that happens in the church i could kind of see the hierarchy, the power, the secrecy, why this one individual . This one awful doctor . Why would they protect him . Its a great question. And its one that we try to answer. And we really have not found the satisfactory answer. There was nothing particularly special about him. He was just a regular ob gyn on staff. But what we think is that they most likely just didnt believe the women who were reporting him. Because there were patients dating back to 1992. And this doctor, he was actually very well liked if you talk to his patients and medical staff. They really like him. They trusted him. And so we think that he the administrators probably just believed him over his patients. And this isnt just, the institution, the place that he worked. Even for those in new york city, could you explain how powerful an institution columbias . If you ask the average person, they say, the most powerful place id say jpmorgan, goldman sachs, i wouldnt say columbia. But it is powerful. Right, it is a little bit less obvious, but the university, obviously its an ivy league. Its an institution. We have a 13 Billion Dollar indictment. Its one of the largest private holders in the entire city. And it is extremely well connected. And wellfunded. And they have paid out over 200 and 30 million to resolve lawsuits from hundreds of survivors, yet they accept no guilt. What else do we need to know about them . Thats a lot of money to pay for something you had nothing to do with. Thats, right its interesting, because actually just last week you talked about the statement that they issued. And thats really the closest that theyve come to apologizing up until now theyve only issued statements that have placed to blame solely on hadden himself. What needs to change to ensure Something Like this never, ever happens again. When you think about a doctor of this nature, meeting with women, while theyre pregnant, trying to get pregnant. The most personnel, the most intimate. Yes, i mean we actually looked at a lot of other high Profile Cases at universities such as there have been numerous similar cases. And something that has happened in a lot of those cases is that the actually commissioned external reviews that look at some of the systematic failures that allowed the abuse to have continued for so long. And as far as we know, that something that colombia has not done. So colombia has done no external review, or no information of how this happened . What stood out to me, in your piece, the dna actually launched an investigation into columbia itself because they werent playing law or working with the department of justice. What can you tell us about that . I mean thats amazing to me, right. If you have someone doing something awful in your organization and you hold no blame, one would think that you would say, please let us work with. You let us roll out this bad conduct. Thats exactly right. So basically, the men had ndas office had pursued a case against hadden he pleaded guilty, he lost his medical license and he had to register as a sex offender. But he didnt actually serve any jail time at all. And so overtime many of the survivors who were unhappy, they felt like that was basically a slap on the wrist for accusing hundreds, perhaps thousands of women for many, many years. They started to speak out publicly. And so as they came forward the d. A. s Office Actually opened a criminal investigation. And they found that most notably, columbia had filled to turn over documentation of patient complaints. They have had dating back to 1994. How on earth did they defend that . While they dont. They havent answered our questions. We send them many questions, and they havent really answered them. So thats one that im not so sure about. So theyre not playing ball with.
