Damascus, SANA- Ministry of Education on Thursday honored 173 distinguished students in the Basic Education Certificate who obtained the full mark for the 2022-2023 academic year in a ceremony entitled “Excellence is a Syrian Address” at Dar Al-Assad for Culture and Arts in Damascus.
