Movin' On music festival to impact parking, traffic on April 29

Penn State’s student music festival, Movin' On, will be held on Friday, April 29, at the Park Avenue IM Fields, located along North University Drive between Park Avenue and Services Road. Penn State Transportation Services is advising the University community of the following parking, traffic and transit impacts in the area prior to and during the concert.
