MOUNT MORRIS â Six Computer Information Services students from the Mount Morris Career and Technical Education Center recently placed among the top five â with one first place award â in four categories at the New York State FBLA Competition.
The students from Perry, Warsaw and Wayland-Cohocton submitted projects they have been working on for much of the year in the CIS class. These projects were judged against other studentsâ submissions from all across New York state. Participation in the competition is voluntary.
Larry Harvey, CIS instructor at the Mount Morris CTE Center, noted how the students set a great example for their classmates.
