Mount Airy free pantry and community fridge to open with food, menstrual products and diapers

The Mount Airy Community Pantry and Fridge will be open to the public beginning Sunday, Jan. 8 at 12:30 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalists of Mt. Airy. Community members can pick up shelf-stable food, menstrual products, sexual health items, diapers and baby food 24/7 with no registration required. A fridge will be installed in February, and frozen, perishable and home-cooked items will be available.
