A Moundsville man faces several felony charges, including incest, after an alleged incident in November.
In late February, a sexual assault nurse at WVU Medicine Reynolds Memorial Hospital contacted the Moundsville Police Department regarding a 13-year-old girl who said she had been assaulted by James Cusick, 23 of Moundsville, in November.
The girl told police that Cusick had been contacting her over Snapchat, and had come to her apartment to get something to eat. She said Cusick had pushed her against the counter and touched her inappropriately before forcibly disrobing her, throwing her on the couch, and allegedly sexually assaulting her.
