Motorcyclist who broke pedestrian's back after speeding at 130kmh in 50kmh zone has jail time cut

A motorcyclist who struck a pedestrian after driving at speeds up to 130kmh in a 50kmh residential zone, breaking her back and both of her legs, has had his three-and-a-half-year jail sentence cut by one year at the Court of Appeal.
