Motorcyclist killed in head-on collision on Cottage Grove Avenue

A motorcyclist was killed Tuesday evening when a vehicle passed in a no-passing zone and collided head-on with an oncoming motorcycle. Authorities have not yet released the identity of the deceased motorist.
