BACOLOD CITY -- A man died while his friend was wounded after their motorcycle collided with a truck loaded with sugarcane at Purok Masinadyahon, Barangay Lag-asan, Bago City, Negros Occidental on Thursday, Dec. 22.
Police identified the fatality as Sanny Salcedo, 24, of Barangay Mabini, Valladoli
