Motion to halt execution of Kevin Johnson denied by Missouri Supreme Court

A motion to stay the execution was filed Nov. 21, alleging Kevin Johnson’s trial was “infected” by racist prosecution techniques. The execution is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday.
