Mothers of two murdered boys help rededicate park with new plaque

The Jonathan Sellers & Charlie Keever Outdoor Education Center honors the two boys, ages 9 and 13, who were abducted and murdered in 1993 along the banks of the Otay River not far from where many gathered Saturday.
