Mother whose son collapsed into coma was told to wait EIGHT HOURS for an ambulance

Georgia Faith Johnson, 26, called 999 when her two-year-old son Tobias started suffering a seizure at their home in Cardiff. A call handler told her there would be an eight hour wait for an ambulance.
