Mother of alleged murder victim takes stand in Day 1 of Braedyn Baraby trial

LOWELL — Approximately three months ago, a devastated Heidi Kimborowicz sat in the courtroom gallery as a Middlesex Superior Court jury revealed they had found one of her son's alleged killers, Christian Lemay, not guilty of all charges levied against him, including first-degree murder.
