Seeing milk being made from cashews or coconuts, lemon juice and water in Lombok, Indonesia, was “a real eye-opener”, Jemma says.
The business got off the ground in August last year, after about a year of planning, from Jemma’s parents home, and they’ve been flat out since. Jemma works part-time in project management too, and says life had become “a bit of a juggling act”.
