Prosecution service suspends activity of Navalny Staffs, decision on temporary suspension of FBK activity yet to be made
MOSCOW. April 26 (Interfax) - The Moscow prosecution service has suspended the activity of the Navalny Staffs movement and has filed a motion with the Moscow City Court for suspending the activity of the Anti-Corruption Foundation and the Citizens' Rights Protection Foundation (FBK and FZPG, both listed as foreign-agent NGOs in Russia) until the lawsuit regarding their ban is processed.
"The court has received a motion for the preliminary interim measures in the form of a ban on certain actions in regard to the non-profit organizations FBK and FZPG. The court has yet to hear the motion; it will be processed by the judge alone," the Moscow City Court press service told Interfax.
