Councillor Jason O'Pray said the new concrete slab sites looked fantastic.
"This was a magnificent effort from council staff who got this done in a short amount of time," he said.
He said most of council's six holiday parks were booked out throughout December and January.
More than 30 Mudjimba Beach Holiday Park sites have been converted to fully serviced, slabbed sites after a $620,000 upgrade.
"The place is packed, the roads are under the pump, and the holiday parks are going very well," Cr O'Pray said.
The holiday parks were an important part of the council's economic recovery to the COVID-19 pandemic.
