Sage Wellness, a New Zealand founded Mind Body Nutrition
practice, has revealed that
55 percent of
Kiwis are struggling with diet perfectionism – an
all or nothing approach to eating that can seriously damage
a person’s relationship with food.
The survey of 600
New Zealanders, which was run online during April, also
revealed that 33 percent of Kiwis plan almost all of their
meals ahead of time, and 23 percent would feel anxious if
they ate something that wasn’t part of their eating
