Doha: About 12% of the population in the State of Qatar, who are 16+ years old, have received at least one dose of the vaccine, a senior official said today during a press conference to announce the latest developments about Covid-19 pandemic. More than 45% of teachers and administrators working in public and private schools have received the vaccine so far.
“More than 70% of health workers at HMC and more than 67% of primary care workers have been vaccinated,” Chair of the National Health Strategic Group on COVID-19 and Head of Infectious Diseases at Hamad Medical Corporation Dr. Abdullatif Al Khal said during a press conference.
