More than 4 years later, proposed Burton-Higher Ground venue goes to trial

The snowboard maker and live music venue announced plans for a new performance space at Burton’s Burlington headquarters back in 2019. After challenges filed by nearby residents, attorneys made their case in a trial in state environmental court last month.
