Moore: Bastrop, TX teens are doing great things, let's celebrate them

Hear ye, hear ye: A lot positive teen-led stuff went on in Bastrop at the first Bastrop County Teen Summit. Around 200 teen participants, 12 teen leaders, 35 adult volunteers and 11 presenters came together.
