Moody's Taylor Rothe signs to Huntingdon College | The Trussville Tribune

MONTGOMERY — Number 38 for the Blue Devils is moving on to college ball after his stunning high school career. Taylor Rothe, a senior at Moody High School signed a letter of intent to Huntingdon College on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2021.
The 6-foot, 200-pound All-County/All-Region linebacker has more than athletics to make him successful in college. He holds his own in the classroom with a 3.92 GPA.
“I’m very excited and blessed to say that I am committed to Huntingdon to further my Academic and Football career,” Rothe said.
Huntingdon College is a private Methodist liberal arts college in Montgomery. The Huntingdon Hawks are in Division III of the NCAA. They are in the USA South Athletic Conference and have won three conference championships. Coach Mike Turk has been the team’s head football coach since 2004.
