David Hall left to train in Hong Kong.
In retrospect, Moody knew he was too green. But not now.
“I asked Tony Santic if could I train Makybe Diva and he decided for an older and more experienced trainer in Freedy (
Lee Freedman) – and rightly so,” he said.
“Hally said to me that training that mare could have destroyed me as much as made me but if Freedy had somehow “failed” with her it wouldn’t have mattered because he had the score on the board.
