A 31-year-old Montrose man died after a two-vehicle crash near Billy Creek State Wildlife Area on Tuesday night. Candelario Bustmente Espinosa was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, according to Ouray County Coroner Glenn Boyd. He was the only person in his vehicle.
