Montreal Archdiocese more optimistic about 6th ombudsperson's report

On Tuesday, the Montreal Archdiocese made public the sixth report submitted by its ombudsperson, Marie Christine Kirouack, eight days earlier. The general tone of the report is more optimistic than it was six months ago.
