Monster's CEO, Rodney Sacks, has been in the role for 31 years
Schlosberg will sit alongside current CEO Rodney Sacks at the helm of Monster, the company announced late last week. Sacks has been in the post since 1990.
Schlosberg, who has been Monster's CFO for 23 years, is being replaced by Thomas Kelly, previously Monster's finance VP since 1992.
"For decades, Hilton has been my business partner in running the company," said Sacks. "Hilton and I have operated as co-leaders of the company as it has grown over the years."
Meanwhile, Monster, which is part-owned by The Coca-Cola Co, revealed a slate of new launches for this year, including Monster Energy Ultra Gold and a strawberry lemonade flavour for the Rehab energy brand.
