Mom of tot found dead in septic tank fuming that no charges filed against niece

Three-year-old Kenna Wilson was in the care of her babysitter in Indiana back in October when she either climbed or fell into a septic tank, resulting in her death. A prosecutor has recently declined to bring criminal charges in the tot's death.
