Moe warns of vote splitting after Sask. United Party takes 23% of vote in Sask. Party stronghold

In three byelections Thursday, the NDP picked up a pair of Regina-based seats, while the Sask. Party held onto Lumsden-Morse. Despite the victory in the rural riding, it's the result drawing the most attention from the province's governing party.
