Julie Bowen sold her mid-century modern Hollywood Hills house for the over asking price of $4.2M just weeks after listing it for $3.85M
 The Modern Family actress had first purchased the 4-bedroom, 4-bath home designed by Thornton Abell in 2017 for $3.1M
Last week she snatched up the $6M Bing Crosby estate in Toluca Lake which was formerly owned by Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green as well as Meghan Trainor 
The 5-bedroom, 7.5 bath house sits on just under two acres and is over 7,000 sq ft
