MnDOT invites public input on Hwy 78 corridor study from Perham through Ottertail

The study is evaluating the needs of both motorized and non-motorized users along Highway 78, from Highway 10 in Perham through the city of Ottertail to Wagon Trail Loop near Otter Tail Lake.
