The management of the Gadigal Information Service Aboriginal Corporation, better known as Koori Radio, have been accused of abandoning the organisation's 'core values' in an open letter.
The letter, addressed to the board, describes the station's mission statement as "facilitating supportive, compassionate, and vibrant First Nations services for the greater community", as well as wanting "to provide the best platforms possible for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices".
"Under the current management, these core values do not exist today."
Posted on the Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance website, the sortie is signed by current and former station employees, volunteers and members.
