MMDA starts road-clearing operations for 'Parade of Stars', releases alternate routes

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has started aggressive road-clearing operations in Quezon City and nearby areas to find more alternate routes for motorists during the Parade of Stars 2022 scheduled on Dec. 21.
