Mizo minister rewards parents with most children, wants a 'baby boom' in state

To encourage a 'baby boom' in the state, Mizoram’s sports minister Robert Romawia Royte distributed Rs 2.5 lakh each to 17 sets of parents with the highest number of children in his constituency, Aizawl East-II, on Tuesday.
