Mixed-use affordable housing development proposed for West Hartford Center

This evening, the West Hartford Town Council will hear a proposal for a mixed-use redevelopment of 3.4 acres in West Hartford Center that, if approved, would include 83 multifamily housing units, with 30% of the units classified as affordable.
