Mitchell City Council to consider 'black eye' sale of former Casey's lot as owner to profit $19K from original purchase
“I’m not supporting buying this back for $20,000. This should be a black eye on the MADC, not the city,” Council member Dan Allen said.

A vacant Mitchell Main Street lot, across from the Corn Palace, that’s been shrouded in controversy for the cheap price it sold for in 2019 will change ownership later this month.
