STARKVILLE, Miss. (WTVA) - Teenagers from across the state traveled to the Golden Triangle on Friday and Saturday to compete in a state tournament.
Conner Smith is a 16-year-old out of Lee County.

He's been shooting guns since he was about four years old and started shooting competitively almost five years ago.
Smith was just one of 130 teenagers competing in the state shooting tournament held by Mississippi 4-H.
Athletes ranging from ages 14 to 18 came to Starkville from all across the state in teams to compete with the hopes of advancing to the national shooting tournament.
