A missing 8-year-old child at the center of an Amber Alert issued out of Muskogee, Oklahoma, has been found safe, according to police.The Amber Alert was issued at about 4 a.m. Tuesday. According to Muskogee police, officers were searching for Jaiden Johnson, who was seen wearing a black shirt, jeans and black and purple Jordan tennis shoes. He had been missing since 5:13 p.m. Monday. According to police, Johnson was taken from a bus stop and suffers from a kidney disorder that requires weekly treatment. His mother, 39-year-old Temicah Simpson, is the noncustodial parent. Police said it was unknown whether she would take Jaiden for treatment that’s medically necessary, authorities said. Police confirmed later Tuesday morning that the child was found safe by Comanche County deputies in Lawton, and the mother is also in custody.
