Missing 10-year-old girl from Walworth found safe in rural Indiana, father arrested

Jocelyn Van Duyn was reported missing Dec. 14 from Walworth.
The father of a missing 10-year-old girl from the Village of Walworth in south-central Wisconsin is being held in police custody in Indiana, where the girl was found safe Tuesday morning.
After police issued an Amber Alert for Jocelyn Van Duyn Monday night, FBI agents found her with her father, Jonathan J. Van Duyn, about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in a small town about an hour south of Indianapolis, according to a news release from the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
