Mirae Asset Investment Managers (India) has acquired a pre-leased warehousing property in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai, from BGR Constructions for around INR 175 crore ($23.4m). The purchase was made through Mirae Asset's Credit Opportunities Fund and is the company's second such transaction in the last six months. The warehousing asset is a fulfilment centre for Amazon India and is located in a logistics park that also houses tenants including DHL and Bestseller.
