Miracle Baby Weighs the Same as 'Can of Beans' After Being Born Premature

Miracle baby Elsie Hampson is a fighter and her parents, Rob and Katie, are very proud to share her story. Elsie was born 17 weeks early, with her tiny hand the same size as her dad's fingernail and her weight the same as a can of beans.
