REGULAR MEETING
Call to Order: Mayor Richard McKay called the Regular Meeting of the Hay Springs City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. Council persons Luke Marcy, Marvin Blundell and Brant Buettner were present. Keith Kearns was absent. Attorney Jamian Simmons was present. It was noted that the Open Meetings Act is posted.
Minutes Approval: Blundell advised that in the future he would prefer to see any policies presented to the Council, such as the one he drafted for the Council to review, be included in the Minute Record along with further details provided for coinciding agenda item discussions. Marcy made motion, Buettner seconded to approve the Minutes from January 12th, 2021 Regular Council Meeting. Marcy and Buettner voted aye. Blundell voted nay. Motion carried.
