UK indie Minnow Films has partnered with advisory service group Matisse to provide long-term strategic advice to the prodco.
The deal sees Matisse becoming a minority shareholder in Minnow. As part of the partnership, the consultancy group will be involved across all spectrums of production, as well as operational and commercial areas.
The two companies first worked together in late 2019, including on Minnow’s RTS-nominated
