Minnesota voters staying on top at the polls, but one in five eligible votes still remain uncast

Secretary of State Steve Simon came looking to boost voter turnout during a visit to Willmar. Minnesota leads the nation three years in running in voter turnout, but one in five still are not exercising their right to a say in our democracy.
