Minnesota's Non Compete Ban Starts July 1, 2023

The Minnesota Legislature released a Conference Committee Report on the bill. The new law is to take effect July 1, 2023. The definition of non-compete expressly excludes non-disclosure agreements, non-solicitation agreements and agreements designed to protect trade secrets.
