Some say they are "heartbroken" while others are calling for "law and order."

Minnesota politicians have been tweeting as the U.S. Capitol is on lockdown Wednesday afternoon as a large crowd of Trump supporters clashed with police, eventually breaching the Capitol building.
Gov. Tim Walz at the start of his scheduled 2 p.m. COVID-19 news conference addressed what is going on in Washington, D.C. and assured Minnesotans that the "situation here is calm and stable."
