MINNESOTA, USA — The COVID-19 outbreak in India is one of the worst in the world, and only 2% of the population is vaccinated.
A second wave of the virus is sweeping across the nation, with at least 300,000 new cases a day for the last 8 days, according to the World Health Organization.
The death toll is over 200,000.
