Minister Nemcha Kipgen distributes financial aid to IDPs

Nemcha Kipgen, who is also one of the senior most BJP legislators in Manipur handed over the second one-time financial aid of Rs 1,000 per head to all the inmates of Mandap Relief Camps where there are 285 IDPS.
