Minecraft: Java Edition prepares 1.16.5 update with Release Candidate in testing now

It's been a slow couple of weeks for Minecraft with the holidays, but we're back with a Release Candidate for 1.16.5, with Caves and Cliffs Update snapshots maybe coming next week.
