Millionaire businessman, 71, who drugged and raped young men and filmed attacks in studio above his garage has 18 year jail term increased to 27 years after Court of Appeal ruled sentence was 'unduly lenient'

Ian Elliott's term behind bars has been extended by the Court of Appeal after an application by the Solicitor General in response to the original punishment handed down in February.
